Zero Tolerance 0562TI Hinderer

The Zero Tolerance 0562TI Hinderer Flipper is the cousin of the 0562 model. This ZT 0562TI model features a premium CPM-Magnacut steel blade with Rick’s exclusive Hinderer “slicer” grind – stonewashed finish on the flats and a machine satin finish on the grinds. A full titanium handle provides a sturdy frame that rides comfortably in the pocket. Like its cousin, this knife opens with a flipper using the ultra-smooth KVT ball-bearing pivot system. To ensure secure use, it is built with a titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert and a lockbar stabilizer. The unique pocket clip, which attaches to the inside of the handle rather than the outside, is reversible (left/right) and enables extra-deep carry in the pocket. ZT uses matte black hardware to accent the steel-and-titanium look, which makes the 0562TI exceptionally handsome.

CPM-MAGNACUT Steel: CPM-Magnacut is a unique powder metallurgy stainless tool steel with a design which eliminates chromium carbide in the heat treated microstructure. An excellent combination of toughness and wear resistance is achieved by having only small, high hardness, vanadium and niobium carbides, giving CPM Magnacut properties similar to non-stainless steel CPM 4V. Being free from chromium carbide also leads to improved corrosion resistance. This product offers an excellent combination of properties for knives.
