Microtech 227-1T Tactical Dirac Delta

The Microtech 227-1T Tactical Dirac Delta is patterned after the Dirac model, Microtech’s first OTF model with the firing slide/button on the face of the handle instead of the spine of the handle. The Dirac Delta holds the same ergonomic chassis, innovative internal mechanism, and glass breaker, but in a more robust size with an overall length of 9.4 inches. The 3.75″ double edge dagger blade is Bohler M390 steel or carpenter CTS-204P steel with a black finish. The contoured handle is black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum with machined traction grooves for a secure grip, and incorporates a glass breaker at the end of the handle. The Dirac Delta is fully ambidextrous, perfect for right or left-handed users. A hard hitting double action OTF, the Dirac Delta is meant for everyday carry. Note: This is a “Tactical Model” with the firing slide/button, hardware, and pocket clip having a black finish.

Carpenter CTS-204P Steel: CTS-204P is made by the USA-based Carpenter Technology Corporation. The unique combination of wear resistance, toughness, polishability and corrosion resistance makes CTS 204P an excellent choice for knife blades. CTS-204P fine grained alloy is a popular choice for high end folders and small fixed blades with a working hardness up to 62HRC. It exhibts excellent performance with both, coarse and high polished edges.
