ADV Tactical BullShark-Black G-10

The ADV Tactical BullShark-Black G-10 is a new model from Andre that utilizes the crossbar lock mechanism for the first time in ADV’s lineup. It offers an excellent feel in hand along with a smooth and precise flipping action. This BullShark model features Black G-10 Handles that provides superior grip in the hand. The plain edge compound grind Spear Point style blade is AUS-10 steel with a two tone (Black with Satin flats) finish. The BullShark incorporates a titanium backspacer. Satin hardware and Andre’s titanium roller pocket clip finishes off the design.

AUS-10 Steel is produced by Aichi Steel, from the Japanese city of Tokai. AUS-10 is, because of the high-carbon content, by far the strongest type within the AUS-series. The combination of vanadium, chrome and molybdenum ensures that the steel is corrosion, wear and tear resistant. AUS-10 steel knives will, as a result, not be prone to rust and also don’t need to be sharpened frequently. AUS-10 steel is strong, relatively tough, it can handle rust and wear and tear and can easily be sharpened….All excellent qualities, and should be considered a top quality knife steel!
